We have great news! The Carey Street Park renovation is finally on its way.
Some of our earliest supporters know this park project has come with its hurdles, but all is in place now to bring this park to life.
Plans are made and approved.
Contractors are ready.
Volunteers are prepared to help.
All that's missing is the important personal touch from our community.
Introducing the new...
Wooden fences – one 6-foot-tall and another 3-foot-tall – will feature hand painted boards and serve as a mural for visitors while providing the park with color, unique flair, and a look into our diverse community.
A walkway will be made of 4” x 8” bricks engraved with your celebrations, milestones, and memorials. These bricks are meant to honor the lives of our donors and our community and will not feature advertising.
Add your personal touch to Olde Towne's neighborhood park. This park helps highlight the beauty and value of the ever-growing Olde Towne Slidell and supports important components of Main Streets all over the country: preservation, beautification, providing accessible public spaces, and inviting more visitors.
